Introduction We are seeking a skilled Robotics Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Robotics Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the 10Lines robots. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving within automated environments. About 10Lines 10Lines is developing autonomous parking lot marking robots and software. We are a fast‑growing technology startup with big ambitions. We are looking for great people to join us and help build industry changing technology together. More information: Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site service calls for repairs when necessary. Deploy and service 10Lines robots according to engineering specifications. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of robotic equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues related to robots and automated systems. Repair or replace defective parts as needed to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to improve the product and processes. Conduct regular safety checks and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Update robotics user manuals as needed. Document maintenance and repair activities, including logs of performed tasks and parts usage. Provide training onboarding and technical support to clients and their operators. Perform demonstrations of robots and the process for new client potentials. Stay updated with advancements in robotics technology and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance system performance. Operate and maintain a clean work area, including cleaning machinery as required. Requirements Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues systematically. Basic understanding of robotic systems, including mechanical components, electrical wiring, sensors, and software interfaces. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation, schematics, and manuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly. Flexibility to work off-hours and respond to emergencies as needed. Minimum of two (2) years' successful work experience. Ability to travel to client locations as needed for up to a week at a time. Current and valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 300 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a Robotics Technician or similar role. Associate’s degree or certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with programming languages used in robotics (e.g., Python, C++). Experience with robotic simulation software and automation controls. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Salary range: $45,000 to $70,000.
