We are a large growing HVAC contractor in Louisiana that works on many of Louisiana’s biggest and best HVAC projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits. We are planning to hire Louisiana’s best and brightest Sheet Metal Estimator’s in the near future. Responsibilities: Attend meetings. Creating job folders. Identify, reviews and resolve issues. Manage, generate, develop, review, cost analysis, and logging: Take-offs, bids, pricing, material, equipment, documents, plans, and labor. Work closely with and coordinate with Owners, Project Managers, Spoolers, Foreman, Architects, Engineers, Design Consultants, Field Personnel, Estimators, and Vendors to insure work is completed accurately and on time. Requirements: Local Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5+ years of experience as Sheet Metal Estimator. Prior hands-on field experience in HVAC ductwork/Sheet Metal experience. Strong knowledge in Quickpen/Accubid, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Excel., and ability to read and interpret documents (Take-offs, blueprints, estimating techniques, safety rules, etc). #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC
