Deskside Support TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Deskside Support Technician with hands-on experience in end-user support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with remote teams to ensure seamless IT support and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Provide deskside and remote technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issuesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devicesRespond to service tickets and resolve issues in a timely mannerSupport operating systems, standard office applications, and enterprise toolsCoordinate with remote IT teams to resolve complex technical problemsMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset inventoryAssist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and user accessEnsure compliance with company IT policies and proceduresRequired Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in deskside or IT support rolesStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Mac environmentsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable collaborating with distributed/remote teamsGood communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, etc.)Preferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL)Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools E-Solutions
