We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manage r to join ou r US team in New York Cit y. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role reporting directly to the US Country Manager.You'll own and grow relationships within leading short-form video and digital advertising partner ecosystems, transforming those partnerships into commercial opportunities while helping scale our US business Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships Own and grow relationships within major digital advertising and creator platform partner programs. Identify new commercial opportunities through existing and new partner relationships. Build long-term partnership strategies and scalable growth playbooks. Forecast partnership pipeline and commercial opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal creative and delivery teams. Business Development Convert partnership-generated opportunities into new clients. Lead commercial conversations from discovery through closing. Prepare and present proposals alongside internal teams. Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM with strong commercial discipline. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Account Management. Experience working for an official partner agency within a major global short-form video or digital advertising platform ecosystem. Existing relationships and strong understanding of partner programs. Proven experience growing strategic partnerships that generate commercial opportunities. Experience managing senior stakeholders. Strong commercial skills including proposal development and deal closing. Experience using CRM platforms. Ability to work autonomously and build new initiatives. Nice to Have Background in creative services, media, advertising, or performance marketing. Familiarity with the creator economy and influencer marketing. Experience working with global teams. What We Offer Compensation: Up to USD 225,400 gross annually , including a USD 14,000 monthly base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses . Eligibility for 401(k) after six months. Hybrid work model based in Midtown Manhattan . Most teams work from the office 1–2 days per week , with flexibility depending on individual circumstances.
