Onboarding Specialist: Create Smooth Starts for New Hires

The Townsend Company is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Muncie, Indiana. In this role, you'll guide new hires, rehires, and employees returning from layoff through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the information, support, and documentation needed to begin work.
