Schedule: Medical Step-Down Unit; 16-20 bed unit; Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4

• Diverse case mix including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy

Requirements:

• Current Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Medical step-down or intermediate care experience strongly preferred
