We curate and resell the most coveted closets around the world through our Instagram Live Shows. About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Associate to join our flagship store team. This role blends traditional retail sales with clienteling and social selling. The ideal candidate brings strong retail experience, a proven ability to drive sales, and a genuine passion for fashion and luxury resale. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Deliver a high-touch, personalized experience to every client Provide styling guidance and in-depth product knowledge Build lasting relationships and contribute to a loyal client community Clienteling & Social Selling Proactively engage clients through one-on-one outreach Drive sales through Instagram Stories and DMs, extending the in-store experience online Track client preferences to deliver thoughtful, curated recommendations Retail Operations Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, transactions, and inventory flow Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation Partner cross-functionally to ensure efficient product turnover Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or specialty retail Proven sales performance with clienteling experience Comfortable using social platforms (Instagram) to drive sales and engagement Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury brands; styling experience a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Professional, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, fashion, or a related field preferred The Refind offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and industry standards for the Seattle market. The pay range for this role is $25 to $30 an hour and employees are eligible for monthly and quarterly bonuses. We are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and engaging work environment.
