Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions in partnership with physicians or independently based on your credentials
• Providing education to patients and families regarding prevention, wellness strategies, and disease management

Qualifications Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Tennessee
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
