Maintenance TechnicianAs a Process Technician, you prepare and set up injection molding machines for production runs, ensure they operate efficiently, and adjust molds and machine parameters to support consistent, high-quality output in a plastics manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare injection molding machines for scheduled production runs, including setup, calibration, and basic pre-run checks.Ensure machines are running efficiently throughout the shift by monitoring performance, identifying issues, and making necessary adjustments.Change and modify molds as needed, including adjusting temperature and other process parameters to meet production and quality requirements.Perform routine maintenance tasks.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial machinery.Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Join a global organization that offers competitive pay and shift structures, along with clear opportunities for growth and advancement. You will work around industrial machinery and production equipment, following safety requirements such as wearing steel-toe footwear, protective eyewear, and other designated personal protective equipment. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork.This is a Permanent position based out of Bardstown, KY. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
