As an Emergency Room RN, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. You'll utilize your expertise in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) to ensure the best patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive care in the Emergency Department
• Implementing clinical pathways to achieve patient outcomes
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintaining compliance with established standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Preferred experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Current RN license
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN
