This is roughly 80% building and 20% leading — we are hiring an architect who codes. We build with AI, not just on top of it. We expect AI-assisted development across the lifecycle - from writing specifications through implementation, testing, and code review - and we are looking for someone who already works this way and can raise the bar for how the rest of the team does. You report to our Lead Engineer and work closely with the CPTO on platform direction. What You'll Own Technical leadership.
