As a Security Guard Patrol Specialist in New Johnsonville, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials and following posted access procedures.
• Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by documenting observations, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with security-related concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
