Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Evansville, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary The Respiratory Therapist (Registered) position is based at a Medical/Surgical unit within an acute care hospital. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services across medical/surgical, intensive care, and stepdown units. The therapist will work night shifts and is responsible for managing respiratory equipment and providing patient care in a fast‑paced environment. Job Details Schedule: 12‑hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, Indiana License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), NBRC certification, minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty, EPIC charting experience highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Float: Float rotation may be required to inpatient units or facilities. Additional Information: GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week. The traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays with unit closures. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, adaptability to change, and a strong work ethic. Scrub colors are black. Holiday rotation occurs every other holiday. Interview days are Monday through Friday, utilizing MSP interview types.
