Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Position

Any Lab Test Now in hiring for a part-time position in Castle Rock/Colorado Springs! In this position you will work between three stores. We have two locations in Colorado Springs, and one in Castle Rock. Travel to and from Castle Rock is paid. Any Lab Test Now is a leading provider of direct-access lab testing services, allowing individuals to take control of their health by conveniently and affordably accessing a wide variety of lab tests without the need for a doctor's order. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and take charge of their well-being. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team at Any Lab Test Now. In this role, you will play a critical part in our mission to provide accessible and efficient laboratory services to our clients. You will be going between locations in Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. Driving time is paid.

Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and professionalism.
• Prepare patients for laboratory tests and procedures.
• Perform injections
• Perform drug, DNA and rapid testing such as flu, strep, RSV, and COVID
• Collect and label specimens accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering calls
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and specimen collection techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a laboratory is a plus.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures is an advantage.

We are looking for a part time individual who can potentially move to full time. Pay is DOE. Saturdays are required for this position. In your resume' please be specific as to your experience as it relates to the duties listed above.***For example: how many sticks, on what type of patients, have you done geriatric, peds, etc...Thank you! Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

ANY LAB TEST NOW makes it easy for consumers and businesses to manage their health by providing direct access to clinical, DNA, and drug and alcohol lab testing services, as well as phlebotomy and other specimen collection services, through our retail storefront business model. Just like any other retail business, our customers walk in, choose the lab tests they want and get tested.
