Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview Erickson Sullivan - State Farm Agent seeks a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long‑lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Qualifications Sales experience preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Self‑motivated. Detail oriented. Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life & Health license (must be able to obtain). Bilingual Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred.
