Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state credential/certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within a high school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments
• Familiarity with developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Travel flexibility for potential itinerant responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Conduct assessments to identify students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional strengths and needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop effective strategies and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Offer consultation and training to staff regarding behavioral and academic interventions
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
