Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers. The ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize the hotel's property management system. Open availability during non‑school periods, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED required. Current enrollment in a Hospitality program or recent graduation preferred. Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred. Bilingual skills preferred.
