Job Description

Position Type: Direct-Hire/ Full-Time

Workplace Type: On-site

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives to support growth and innovation.
Streamline recruitment processes to attract and retain talent, with a goal of reducing time-to-hire.
Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
Integrate HR best practices into daily operations and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Lead and administer performance management systems to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Oversee benefits and compensation administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaborate with senior leadership on HR initiatives and workforce management strategies.
Utilize HR technology and tools to support effective human capital management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience.
Experience leading strategic HR initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies and successfully implement operational plans.
Experience with HRIS systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
