Job Title: Electronics Assembler
Location: Fridley, MN
Compensation: $21.00-$24.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electronics Assembler workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Fridley, MN. In this role, you'll assemble electronic components and help produce high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and following detailed instructions in a structured setting, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as an Electronics Assembler:

• Perform assembly of electronic components, subassemblies, and products
• Read and follow work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions
• Crimp, strip, and connect wires, cables, and terminals
• Mount and assemble components such as connectors, transformers, and circuits
• Use hand tools and power tools such as soldering equipment, drills, and presses
• Inspect completed work for quality and follow safety procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Electronics Assembler Role:

• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics
• Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, ruler, caliper) preferred
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• High school diploma or GED required; must be 18+
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
