Front Desk Associate

Description Job Overview: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be responsible for working independently and without direct supervision. You should possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detail-oriented and able to multitask. Your duties include meeting and greeting residents, checking guests and service providers in/out, understanding and reacting to emergency response and access control procedures, monitoring electronic security systems, and maintaining logs and records. Your Responsibilities: Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills. Monitor Emergency Response System. Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees. Control Electronic Security Control Systems. Respond promptly to emergency situations. Control building access. Maintain daily logs and records. Resolve and follow-up on complaints/issues. Maintain a safe and secure environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager. Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. College courses in business or hospitality preferred. 2-3 years of business experience preferred. Computer literacy is preferred. Effective communication skills. Multilingual ability is desirable. Physical Requirements: Lift 30-50 lbs. Work in standing or sitting positions for extended periods. Handle objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate effectively. Navigate the property as needed. Work extended hours and weekends as required. Respond to emergencies promptly. What We Offer: Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, paid holidays, time off, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required. Compensation: $19.00/hour, paid bi-weekly. Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (2:30 pm - 9 pm); Saturday (8 am - 9 pm). Note: This description provides a general overview and is not exhaustive.
