We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welder to join our team in Williamsport, PA. This is a full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and a consistent first-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform stick welding (SMAW) on a variety of metal materials and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous stick welding experience required
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethics
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
