Licensed Esthetician – Advanced Facial & Lymphatic Specialist at Veronika's Aesthetics Job Description Veronika's Aesthetics is seeking an exceptional, experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our established luxury skincare and wellness practice in Pound Ridge, NY. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who is up to date with current esthetic techniques, licensing requirements, advanced skincare procedures, and industry standards, with particular expertise in lymphatic facial and lymphatic body treatments. Responsibilities Perform customized and advanced facial treatments at the highest professional standard Perform lymphatic facial and lymphatic body treatments Perform dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, professional exfoliation, and other advanced esthetic procedures within the scope of your license Evaluate clients' skin and recommend appropriate treatments, home-care routines, and professional skincare products Maintain excellent sanitation, safety, and treatment-room standards Create an exceptional experience that encourages client retention, rebooking, and referrals Educate clients about treatments, packages, and professional skincare Actively participate in building and growing your clientele Help promote your services and the practice through professional social media, treatment demonstrations, before-and-after content, and other marketing initiatives, always with appropriate client consent Work collaboratively with our team while maintaining a polished, positive, and professional environment Qualifications Current New York State Esthetics License and all required credentials must be active and up to date Professional hands-on esthetics experience Strong experience with lymphatic facial and body techniques Skilled in dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, exfoliation, customized facials, and advanced skincare treatments Knowledge of current skincare techniques, products, technologies, sanitation, and safety standards Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, polished, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong ability and willingness to build, retain, and grow a clientele Comfortable recommending appropriate services and professional skincare Willing to participate in marketing and social-media promotion of services Existing clientele is a strong plus Why Join Veronika's Aesthetics?
