Head of Detection & Response, FinTech Security Leader

Plaid is recruiting a Head of Detection and Response to lead the formation of a new security function. You will guide a team of analysts and engineers, shape detection infrastructure, and drive AI-driven triage across the security lifecycle.

In this leadership role you will engage with CISO and CTO, define metrics, and elevate the company’s security maturity while aligning with business objectives and fintech risk considerations.
