About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN – TELE)

Decatur, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit during overnight shifts
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Perform neurological assessments and apply neuro-specific nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Prior neurological nursing experience
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in a Telemetry or Neuro-Telemetry setting
• Strong familiarity with cardiac monitoring systems and neuro assessment protocols
