Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Surgical Services Location: Baltimore, MD Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 1166.33 - 1224.65 Schedule: 23:00 - 07:30 (Night) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment. Acute hospital OR experience required. 2 years of experience required. IAHCSMM/HSPA certification required. All employees must have the Flu vaccine.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization and processing of surgical instruments in a hospital setting.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety protocols.
- Assist surgical staff with instrument preparation and sterile procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization procedures.
- Adhere to facility policies and infection prevention measures.
