Senior Mechanical Engineer

We're looking for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of custom automation equipment for the medical device and life sciences industries. This is a technical leadership role focused on machine design, mentoring engineers, and supporting projects from concept through build. What You'll Do Lead mechanical design for custom automation systems Develop concepts, proposals, and technical solutions Mentor engineers and support project teams Conduct design reviews and engineering analysis Create/review drawings, BOMs, and documentation Partner with suppliers on component selection Support customer meetings and business development What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of custom automation or special machine design experience Strong machine design, GD&T, BOM, and manufacturing knowledge Experience with pneumatics and machine safety Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred SolidWorks (required preference) AutoCAD/DraftSight SolidWorks Simulation or FEA ERP/PDM experience (EPDM preferred) ISO 9001 or GAMP experience Previous engineering leadership PE license is a plus Why Join?
