Our core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Our Chicago, IL site provides toxicology testing and research laboratory services and specialized pre-clinical studies in support of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products.

Position/Job Summary :

Frontage Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated individual supporting Study Team for the non-clinical toxicology studies conducted under GLP regulations.

The individual in this position is involved in studies that evaluate the safety and/or toxicity of various materials (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemicals, etc.). This position requires the candidate to be an active member of the study team, working closely and effectively with the Study Directors and Report Coordination team. The role reports directly to the Technical Report Supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Chicago facility, with no remote work option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generation of study protocol based on the signed study proposal and protocol amendments, as needed
• Maintain the protocol template and update sections as necessary
• Schedule and attend study start meetings
• Create site visit itineraries, when requested

• Set up data table templates in Provantis according to signed protocols and applicable SOPs
• Generate weekly data tables from Provantis for Sponsor submission
• Collaborate with Study Directors and Report Writers to support study timelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• BS or equivalent in Natural Sciences
• Experience supporting Non-GLP and GLP non-clinical toxicology studies is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat
• Detail oriented with formatting and scientific documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others in a fast-paced CRO environment
• Familiarity with FDA, OECD, and GLP regulatory requirements is preferred

Salary: $45-55k, negotiable based on experience.
