Project Manager

Recruitment Consultant at Curate Partners Seeking a Project Manager with experience running ceremonies. Must have health insurance or healthcare experience . This is a REMOTE contract-to-hire position. Must be USC or GC. Please no third parties. Role Type & Skills Hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master profile (approx. 70% PM / 30% Scrum Master). Must have end-to-end project management experience across multiple applications, not just limited to agile ceremonies. Budget management, stakeholder communications, risk/status reporting, and ability to present to leadership are critical. Ability to flex between PM responsibilities and Scrum Master duties as needed. Domain & Transformation Experience Strong background in large‑scale transformation efforts (especially in network/technology and claims areas). Experience with hybrid projects (traditional planning + agile methods). Exposure to CVS/Aetna environments is highly preferred; healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus. For claims roles, claims domain knowledge or prior project management in claims is especially important. Candidate Requirements Must be US Citizens or Green Card holders (no H1B/visa). Must be open to joining full-time (intent‑to‑convert) , not only as long‑term contractors. Work must be aligned with East Coast hours , though candidates can be remote.
