As the first point of contact, you play a key role in shaping each patient’s experience. Your ability to create a welcoming, organized, and positive environment sets the tone for the entire visit.

Your Role

As the Director of First Impressions, you are responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every patient.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and check in patients while creating a positive first impression
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phones and respond to patient communications promptly
• Ensure patient information is accurate and up to date
• Support providers and team members with clear, professional communication
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
