As a Business Coordinator, you support community operations by overseeing hospitality services, human resources, payroll, and business processes—helping create a seamless experience for residents and team members. What You'll Do:

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach concierge and front-of-house team members
• Support payroll processing, timekeeping compliance, and HR administration
• Champion onboarding, personnel records, and benefits coordination
• Assist with billing systems, financial reporting, and monthly close tasks
• Ensure business controls, audits, and compliance standards are met
• Partner with the General Manager on budgeting and expense management
• Maintain high hospitality, dining, and housekeeping quality standards
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed
• Support worker's compensation and risk management processes

You play a key role in driving operational excellence while fostering a welcoming, service-focused environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years leadership experience in hospitality or operations
• Experience in recruiting, payroll, and customer service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of employment standards and compliance practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity

Pay Range: 18.05 - 22.65
