WE ARE HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (On Site)
Requirements
- Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Must have flexible availability, including weekends and some nights.
- Must have practical customer service experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering questions about services, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Must be able to work with technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job.
- Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise.
- Service Titan Platform Experience preferred
- Must be motivated to work independently and multitask.
- Dispatching experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses. You can earn up to $25.00 hourly, depending on experience (DOE)
