SAGE Counseling's Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients for intake into the respective SAGE program, including interviewing, gathering data for a comprehensive assessment, making a clinical diagnosis, and completing the initial individual service plan.
What do Clinicians do?:
- Conduct assessments
- Diagnosing
- Complete intakes for new clients
Pay: depending on licensure and experience
- Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $65,000
- Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $68,000
- Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $70,000
Where will you work?:
- Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona.
- All equipment needed for this position is provided.
- We are looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area !! - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas!
When will you work?:
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday. Regular business hours.

Qualifications:
- Required : Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
- Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
