Warehouse Associate

Position Warehouse Associate – Baltimore, Maryland. Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour. Shift pay: $2.00 per hour for night shifts. Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday 10:00pm–8:00am. Responsibilities Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials. Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and complete required scanning. Train dock employees on new procedures. Secure the facility at shift end and investigate scanning or housekeeping issues. Perform picking, packing, and housekeeping duties. Handle material moves according to logical transactions. Participate in workgroups and team activities for process improvement. Carry out additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. At least six months of warehouse experience required; one year or more preferred. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them. May be required to operate manual or automated manufacturing equipment; intermediate knowledge preferred. Powered industrial truck certification. Basic English reading, math, and computer skills for safety and inventory systems. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Willingness to work overtime and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
