As our Client Care Coordinator, you’re the face of Comfort Keepers to the families we serve. Your day is different every day: calls, home visits, caregiver check-ins, and solving problems before anyone else even knows they’re there.

What your days look like:

• Meet with clients and families, and become the person they ask for by name
• Step into hard conversations and turn worry into a plan
• Use Sensi to spot changes early, then talk families through what they mean and what could help
• Spot when added care or support would make a real difference, and help families say yes​
• Lead orientation for new caregivers. Welcome them, get them excited, and set them up to succeed from day one
• Support our caregivers. Be the person they call, check in with them, and help them feel valued and heard
• Team up with caregivers, scheduling, recruiting, and leadership to fix things fast
