Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment while providing top-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Dr. Medwed during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort.

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage equipment setup.

• Take digital X-rays and impressions when needed.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.

• Help ease anxiety for nervous patients, creating a positive experience.

• Manage inventory and order dental supplies.

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification (preferred but not required).

• X-ray and Nitrous certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Previous experience in a dental office is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A team player with a caring and patient-focused attitude.
