Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children. We were intentionally built to be different; placing intention, quality, and meaningful impact at the center of everything we do.

Our care model is grounded in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI), the gold standard for early autism care. Elevated Kids provides individualized, family-centered autism care through a boutique, interdisciplinary model designed to meet children and families where they are. Our services are delivered in the settings where young children naturally learn and thrive, including homes, preschools, community spaces, and our center, because research consistently shows this leads to the most meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Our approach emphasizes developmentally appropriate goals, authentic engagement, and strong caregiver partnership. Parent coaching and caregiver involvement are embedded throughout our model, empowering families with the tools and confidence to support their child beyond sessions.

In addition to home- and community-based services, we offer center-based care, occupational therapy, and diagnostic assessments, allowing families access to coordinated support within one aligned, high-touch system. Role Overview
As a Behavior Analyst at Elevated Kids, you play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice. Youll guide clinical programming, partner closely with caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.

This role is well-suited for a clinician who values intentional work, professional autonomy, and shared responsibility. Youll be trusted to bring your clinical judgment, curiosity, and expertise into your day-to-day work, with the infrastructure and collaboration needed to practice at a high level.

Specifically, the Summer Camp Behavior Analyst is expected to provide on-site supervision to Behavior Therapists in our center-based camp program located in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia, Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm from June 22, 2026-August 14, 2026, with a week of onboarding training beginning Monday, June 15, 2026. This role can extend into the fall or can be considered a summer only position, depending on the candidate's needs.

Training & Support
At Elevated Kids, BCBAs are supported by a clinical infrastructure designed to foster confidence, consistency, and growth, while honoring your expertise and professional judgment. Our training model reflects the complexity of early autism care and the importance of ongoing collaboration throughout your career.

Each BA has access to a Lead Behavior Analyst who serves as a clinical thought partner and resource. This support begins during onboarding and continues throughout your time at Elevated Kids, offering collaboration across NDBI implementation, parent coaching, care planning, clinical decision-making, and EMR systems. Whether youre refining your approach or navigating something new, youll have access to someone who understands both the science and the realities of the role.

Youll also be part of a connected team of clinicians who value shared learning and reflective practice. Support is proactive, accessible, and tailored, never prescriptive or one-size-fits-all.

What Youll Need for This Role

To support children and families in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • State licensure (LBS), or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
    Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care

Location & Service Area
This Summer Camp role supports littles and their families within our center located in the Fishtown area of Philadelphia. This role requires on-site supervision and support of our Summer Camp Monday-Friday from 9am-1pm. The opportunity to support additional families within the city of Philadelphia and surrounding counties, with services provided across home, community, and center-based settings, is available in the afternoon hours. While we have a home base office available to support collaboration and connection, this role offers flexibility in where work is completed, including remote and telehealth work when clinically appropriate. Scheduling is planned thoughtfully and collaboratively, and candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30-45 minutes as part of their role, if they decide to take on additional community-based cases.
