Home Health Coder II: OASIS & Coding Specialist

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Coder II to review and code from clinical notes for home health and hospice, including H&P, discharge summaries, and F2F notes. You will document coding recommendations and work with the denials team to resolve issues in a CMS-regulated environment.
