Do you take pride in installs that look flawless and last? Can you read a set of blueprints or specs and immediately see the steps to bring them to life? Are you equally comfortable hanging an exterior display, mounting interior signage, stretching a banner, or applying vehicle graphics—all while keeping safety, timing, and client satisfaction front and center? If so, we’d love to meet you in Chester Township, PA.
Your responsibilities- Execute installations across formats: indoor and outdoor signage, banners, and vehicle graphics.
- Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to plan site prep and mounting.
- Meet quality benchmarks and comply with all relevant safety practices and regulations.
- Partner with teammates and communicate with clients to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Handle routine service, maintenance, and repairs on existing sign installations.
- Care for and maintain tools and equipment to ensure readiness and longevity.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service; address inquiries and resolve issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical sign installation training is a plus.
- Proven experience in sign installation or a comparable installation field.
- Keen eye for detail and a dedication to high‑quality results.
- Able to work solo when needed and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools specific to signage work.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Excellent communicator with a customer‑focused attitude.
