HCSC is seeking a hybrid-role professional in Austin to support Account Management in renewing clients within an assigned book of business. You will coordinate with brokers and clients, conduct research, and resolve issues with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing reports, attending health fairs and enrollment meetings, and maintaining data while traveling to client sites as needed.
