HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD IN BARNESVILLE, PA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our team in Barnesville, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a group of employees within the warehouse in PA to safely deliver products to customers with speed and quality. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $23/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time hours
• Located in Barnesville, Pennsylvania

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading a department of 10+ warehouse workers
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate workflow of the department
• Train employees on procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain and complete documentation as needed.
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of distribution
• Monitor and oversee the shipping/receiving of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain, review and complete paperwork required for the shipping/receiving process
• Use of a computer system to input, retrieve and evaluate information.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word
• Ability to work successfully with a diverse population; internally and externally, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion or position
• Ability to act calmly under stress and strain, and not be hasty
• Must be dependable and trustworthy, ethical, honest and have integrity
• Must be organized, having the ability to follow a systematic method of performing a task
• Exercise a high level of independent judgement, organizational ability and initiative
• 1-3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of basic warehouse equipment such as pickers, forklifts and reach trucks
• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in heavy volume distribution
• 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Must have open availability and flexibility with working hours and schedule
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking warehouse floor to observe/manage business activity.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds at times.
