Overview At North Texas Therapy & Home Care (NTT&HC), we provide specialized pediatric therapy services to children and families throughout the Dallas Metroplex. While our office is located in the heart of North Dallas, our clinicians deliver skilled interventions across the entire Metroplex, ensuring families receive quality care wherever they are. Requirements Bachelors/Mastersdegree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university CurrentTexas state license Experiencein pediatrics required. Clinical/Practicumhours completed. Homehealth experience preferred. Bilingualin Spanish a plus Responsibilities Provideskilled occupational therapy services in the home or daytime facility ofpatients 0-21 years of age, 2 or more times per week, in accordance withphysician orders. Definepatients' degree and type of physical, fine motor, and sensoryimpairment(s) by selecting and administering the most appropriate testing instruments. Interpretdiagnostic data and prepare written diagnostic reports. Incollaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, plan and evaluate teamgoals for each patient as well as advise, consult, and instruct the teamin specific occupational therapy modalities and interventions. Planfor and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions. Educatestaff, caregivers, and patients by designing and delivering training,printed material/resources and in-service programs in accordance withatotal occupational therapy program.
