Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our location in Smithers, WV. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:Manage and motivate a team of employeesEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve targetsMonitor and analyze sales performance and make adjustments as neededHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain inventory levels and order supplies as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresTrain new employees and provide ongoing training for current staffQualifications:Previous experience in a managerial roleExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of sales and marketing principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
