Two dynamic educators are needed for full-time contract positions working with self-contained classrooms. As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging instruction and individualized support to students with exceptional needs in a self-contained classroom setting
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive academic and social-emotional growth
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to promote student progress
• Employ effective classroom management and positive behavior interventions
• Utilize assessment tools to monitor student performance and adapt strategies as needed
• Participate in professional development and ongoing training

Qualifications and skills desired:

• Hold valid Special Education Certification and Generalist Certification
• Proven experience teaching or supporting students in a self-contained special education environment
