Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• Sterile compounding experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Medication verification
• Renal dosing adjustments
• IV to PO conversions
• Electrolyte management
• Vancomycin & aminoglycoside dosing
• TPN dosing (Clinimix)
• Antimicrobial stewardship/de-escalation
• Medication counseling
