Unit/Dept: Oncology

Unit Details: Clinic setting with some Telemed onsite | Oncology Nurse Practitioner | No Call
Daily Volume: Estimated 20 Patients per day. Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.)
Additional Providers/Support Staff: MA's supporting Nurse Practitioner. Also, Case Managers are assigned to assist with care coordination.

EMR System(s): Epic
Lic/Certs: Active OR & WA Lic | BLS | Dual DEA - OR & WA required
BC/BE: BC | Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 45-60 days upon application submitted
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months with an option to extend
Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (4x10 Hour Days Weekly) - Flexibility preferred

Housing/Travel: All inclusive
Pay Structure: Preset

Notes: Will accept Licensing candidates | Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster

Required exp: Daily Responsibilities: No New Consults – Follow up patients – 3/6/12 Months. Coordinating emails with ancillary services, ordering oncology tests, refilling prescriptions. Follow up and on treatment patients (Pending the candidate)
