Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional to oversee cash management operations and support the administration of specialized mortgage products. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of funds while collaborating closely with servicing, accounting, and other internal teams to maintain operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Process, balance, and reconcile daily cash transactions to ensure the timely and accurate movement of funds. Manage cash activities and accounting for specialized mortgage products, including Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), reverse mortgages, and other unique servicing portfolios. Prepare and distribute cash management, reconciliation, and financial activity reports for management review. Ensure compliance with investor requirements, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies related to cash management operations. Investigate, analyze, and resolve cash variances, reconciliation differences, and funding discrepancies. Collaborate with servicing, accounting, treasury, and operations teams to support accurate financial reporting and account management. Assist with internal and external audits, examinations, and quality control reviews by providing documentation and resolving audit findings. Develop, maintain, and enhance cash management procedures, controls, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk. Education and Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mortgage servicing, cash management, treasury operations, or a related financial services environment. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing cash transactions, reconciliations, and specialized mortgage servicing products. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve cash-related discrepancies. Experience utilizing cash management, servicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting systems. Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex cash balancing, reconciliation, and funding issues while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and communicate complex issues clearly. Ability to research, analyze, and resolve complex account and servicing-related issues while meeting established deadlines. Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with co-workers and supervisors. Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Attention to detail and quality focused. Experience with loss mitigation systems. Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
