In this hands-on role, you’ll represent our brand in grocery stores by stocking, rotating, and organizing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.Merchandisers are provided a company phone to track hours, mileage, and communicate with leaders and teammates.**What You’ll Do:*** Merchandise cases, bottles, and cans of beer and non-alcoholic beverages* Travel using your personal vehicle to service major grocery chain accounts* Move product from backstock or delivery pallets to shelves and displays* Build and maintain product displays to increase sales* Stock coolers, shelves, and floor displays* Use manual equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, cart, U-boat)* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized* Accurately track time and mileage* Communicate regularly with your Team Lead and Manager* Provide professional, friendly customer service**What We’re Looking For:*** Must be 18 years of age or older* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a good driving record* Comfortable using a smartphone and learning iOS/Microsoft apps* Able to work independently and manage daily priorities* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused**Physical Requirements:*** Lift/carry up to 45 lbs frequently* Push/pull up to 100 lbs *(with the help of equipment)** Stand and walk for most of the shift* Bend, stoop, crouch, and regularly use hands and arms**Why Work for Maletis:*** Flexible schedule options (4x10s or 5x8s with consecutive days off)* Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays* Medical, dental, and vision insurance, EAP, & FSA* Generous retirement plan (401k + match, Roth + match, profit sharing)* Employee discounts on beverages and apparel* Opportunity for growth* Stable, consistent work**About Maletis:** Maletis Beverage is a local, 4th generation, family-owned beverage distributor that was founded in 1935.
