Escrow Assistant

Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated Escrow Assistant to join our team at Community National Title. The new assistant will receive training, comprised of: Basic industry knowledge Utilizing and navigating through our in-house software Understanding a residential real estate contract Understanding lender documents Curative work (e.g., clear title issues) The right candidate for this position has a proven track record of success. This position requires high energy and a strong drive to help our firm succeed. Overall, we are looking for a responsible, positive, solutions-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change. Responsibilities Answering phone calls when necessary Inputting orders into our software Promptly responding to several e-mails per day (occasionally even after-hours) Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communications skills, including regular communication about progress toward goals and expected results Proven success with self-managing and working independently, multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines consistently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; adapt to changing priorities and remain focused, and calm under pressure Creative thinker who listens and works proactively toward goals with minimal oversight Benefits Competitive medical insurance package Reports to Operations Manager.
