Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse Nights 10/12/2026 to 01/09/2027 This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients on the medical-surgical unit. The nurse utilizes professional nursing practices, judgment, and specialized skills to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, working collaboratively within the healthcare team to meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, clinical experience in a medical-surgical setting for at least one year, ability to read and monitor telemetry, and proficient in caring for medical-surgical patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, professional certification in medical-surgical nursing, additional related education or experience.
• Additional Information: This position is based at a medical-surgical unit, with potential to float to other medical/surgical units as needed. Must be proficient in telemetry monitoring. Every other weekend and holidays are required per unit rotation.
