Role Description The Sales Associate role at RAPTOR FOODS is a full-time, on-site position located in Marietta, GA. In this role, the Sales Associate greets guests, answers product and menu questions, and provides recommendations to support an enjoyable dining experience. Daily responsibilities include processing orders and payments, maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, and restocking supplies as needed. The Sales Associate also supports sales initiatives, such as promoting specials, managing upselling opportunities, and responding to customer feedback. Collaboration with kitchen and management teams to ensure accurate and timely service is an essential part of the role. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Basic sales and point-of-sale (POS) skills, including handling cash, card transactions, and order entry with accuracy and attention to detail. Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple guest requests, maintain service standards, and support a clean and orderly work environment. Ability to work on-site in Marietta, GA, including standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks such as stocking and carrying supplies. Previous experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment is essential. Reliability in attendance, adherence to company policies, and commitment to providing a positive, inclusive experience for all guests.
